Your purchase will be shipped within 3-5 business days of payment
Shipments are made with UPS services door to door, with a tracking number
Shipping from Turkey takes about 2-7 business days, usually a bit less (depending on destination)
Buyers are responsible for any duties and taxes that may apply (in most cases there are no problems with customs).
Folle will not be responsible for delays due to customs issues.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, full refund minus shipping costs is available.
Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days since delivered to you
Shoes must be returned in unused, undamaged condition.
Please try on the shoes at home on a clean surface
Returned shipping costs are at the customer’s responsibility
All items will be inspected upon return before refunded.

The package is your responsibility until it reaches back to us.
Please DO NOT ship the item back with private companies (UPS, DHL, TNT, FedEx etc.), Nor with EMS or any kind of express or priority mail service.
Express parcels are regularly delayed in customs and might be returned to sender at her expense.
We kindly ask you to use regular registered mail with a tracking number
US customers - Please ship via First Class USPS service.
